Joe Carrell is a Nashville-based producer, mixer, and recording engineer with over 20 years of experience in the music industry. Throughout his illustrious career, he has had the privilege of working across a multitude of genres, including rock, country, pop, jazz, gospel, and bluegrass. This versatility has led to collaborations with a diverse array of artists, from seasoned musicians to emerging talents.

What equipment do I need for the course?

You will need a computer, an audio interface, and a DAW (Digital Audio Workstation). Don’t worry if you’re not familiar with these terms, the course will guide you through everything.

How long is the course?

The Mix Mentorship runs for 12 weeks. Each week you’ll get access to a new pre-recorded lesson, and you can watch and rewatch it anytime thereafter. The course is not 12 weeks of daily or live classes—it’s structured but flexible. In addition, Joe hosts a live Q&A meetup for all students after each module.

When does the next session start?
